Making Work Work for Women

Created an interactive report synthesizing discussions from a major policy event on women’s labor participation in India. The layout balanced formal academic tone with a human-centered visual approach, incorporating event photography, pull quotes, and clickable navigation. Designed with accessibility and mobile responsiveness in mind, the report aimed to engage a broader audience beyond traditional policy circles.
